Start out with insulation in both roof and walls that rivals if not exceeds that of conventional construction. This provides year-round comfort with heating and cooling capabilities.
Windows are constructed of tempered safety glass and area available in a variety of glass treatment to reduce heat and glare. These include Low-E, bronze, Sole and Solar Cool glass as well as dual-pane windows with or without grids. Dual pane can also be combined with the glass options for maximum glare reduction and heating and air conditioning retention for year round usage.
Electrical raceways built into the walls make any number of lighting and cable options a snap. Use them to install electrical for lights, fans, outlets or switches. Install TV/computer cables or phone jacks and have them all concealed inside removable raceway covers.
Doors are available in single or double door openings and options that range from All-view glass doors to sliding or French doors. All together, Allmet offers five different doors with single or double openings and two different sliding door designs.
The interior and exterior on the enclosures are all new for 2008. Laminated wall panels allow for interior/exterior wall textures and applications to be applied during the manufacturing process. This eliminates painting, wallpapering or applying interior wall panels to your new room. The variety of choices inside is endless and the outside can be matched to the color and texture of your home.
All of this combines to make a beautiful and functional room with lots of windows and all of the comfort of conventional construction at half the cost (And you thought you wanted a room addition!)
